Agency Moves: Innocean names CEO, plus moves at Publicis

Innocean Canada names new CEO

Innocean Canada has appointed Taewoo Lee as chief executive officer. Lee, formerly head of the full service agency’s global business management team, has more than a decade of international leadership experience.

Lee has been instrumental in driving major global campaigns and elevating the agency’s digital services. He spent five years as the EU coordinating director at Innocean’s European headquarters in Germany, where he oversaw marketing operations for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis across Europe. His work played a key role in enhancing digital transformation initiatives and growing the agency’s presence in major international markets.

Prior to his agency tenure, Lee held global roles building brand strategies for companies such as Volkswagen and Nestlé.

“His leadership experience, combined with his proven success in managing global brands and digital innovation, makes him the perfect fit to guide Innocean Canada through our next phase of growth,” says John Killam, who this fall,  joined Innocean Canada as chief operating officer and chief growth officer.

Publicis promotes an ACD

is starting a new position as creative director at Publicis. Muzzin recently served as ACD for the agency after joining in 2019 as a senior copywriter.

Prior, he held senior copywriter duties for Isobar, and was creative group head for Ogilvy and Mather, working on brands such as

Muzzin first joined Publicis back in 2009 as a copywriter, handling brand work duties for Rogers, Toronto Blue Jays, Ubisoft, Air Miles, WestJet, LG and CIBC.
