Klick Health buys Peregrine Market Access
Toronto’s Klick Health has acquired Peregrine Market Access, a consulting, communications and commercialization partner for the life sciences industry based out of New York State.
The acquisition strengthens Klick Health’s position and ongoing investment in the increasingly important value, access, and reimbursement segments within life sciences commercialization, the agency says. According to a press release announcing the buy, Peregrine builds on Klick’s market access execution capabilities with its access strategy, value communications and payer insights offerings.
“Peregrine is a remarkable business with a sterling reputation and deep, trusted client relationships, making them the perfect accelerant to our growing market access business,” says Leerom Segal, Klick Health co-founder and chairman.
Holly Henry, Klick’s chief medical officer, added: “Together, we are uniting the best medical and market access teams in North America, and bringing the number of PhD/advanced degree professionals within our medical and access functions alone to around 250 in the Klick Mediverse. We are committed to providing pharmaceutical and biotech clients with an unparalleled level of scientific, medical and analytics expertise.”
Established in 1997, Klick Health (including Klick Katalyst and btwelve) has offices in Toronto, New York, Philadelphia, London, São Paulo, and Singapore. It is part of the Klick Group of companies.
