Citizen Relations brews up new PR AOR deal

Citizen Relations has been appointed Nespresso Canada’s new PR agency of record following a competitive review.

The partnership is about “launching a new era of innovative storytelling and brand building in the Canadian market” for the coffee brand, according to a company release.

Under this new mandate, Citizen Relations will spearhead Nespresso’s consumer public relations, social media engagement, experiential events, and influencer collaborations across Canada. The agency says it will focus on amplifying Nespresso’s premium positioning and distinctive brand ethos.

Most recently, Citizen was named Silver PR Agency of the Year at strategy‘s 2024 AOY Awards, winning in the category two years in a row.

MET picks Signifly for its digital transformation

Montreal Metropolitan Airport (MET) has picked Signifly to help it transform digitally and launch its Living Lab for Innovation in Aerospace (LIA).

Formerly known as Montréal Saint-Hubert – Longueuil Airport, MET is looking to “reimagine every stage of the passenger journey,” starting with the development of a digital hub for travellers.

Signifly is a global digital agency with local offices in Toronto and Montreal, where the shop works with clients on their digital branding, strategy, marketing and ecomm.

Rose named PR AOR for Poppi

Rose Public Relations has been named communications agency of record for cult beverage brand, Poppi.

As AOR, Rose PR will lead strategic communications efforts to amplify Poppi’s presence in Canada.

The Austin, Texas-based Poppi started as a home-brewed concoction and became a Shark Tank investment, subsequently garnering the attention of celebrities.
