Miriam Ouassis and Zora Crowder upped to director positions
Myriam Ouaiss (left) has been promoted to Conagra Brands’ director of marketing for grocery and Zora Crowder (right) has been named the brand’s director of marketing for its frozen food division.
Ouaiss brings nearly six years of experience at Conagra, where she has held roles in innovation and brand management. Before joining Conagra, she built her career in marketing for more than 10 years, working for large CPG companies in Morocco such as Unilever, Coca-Cola and Group Bel, where she oversaw diverse brands and categories. Her mandate now includes leading a portfolio of global brands such as VH, P.F. Chang’s, Pam, Aylmer, Hunt’s, Chef Boyardee and Snack Pack.
Crowder is a former consultant with Pinnacle Foods, joining Conagra in 2019 as marketing director of grocery. Previously, she was the marketing director for Edgewell Personal Care, where she was responsible for leading the feminine care business (Playtex, Stayfree, Carefree and o.b. brand teams), as well as conducting formal training for all 24 marketing department team members. Crowder began her marketing career as a brand manager for Kraft Heinz.
Pharmacy Brands Canada names senior director of marketing
Sarah MacDonald has been promoted to senior director of marketing and communications at Pharmacy Brands Canada, which operates 220 locations nationwide.
MacDonald was previously director of marketing and communications at Pharmacy Brands, whose banners include Peoples Pharmacy, Mettra Pharmacy, Value Drug Mart and Rxellence Professional Dispensaries.
