Plus Company announced on Monday that client-service expert Ryan McCracken will be the president of its new integrated digital experience group.
McCracken joins Plus Company after more than 3 1/2 years at Accenture Song, where he most recently held the title of managing director of industry and customer growth after moving through a series senior leadership roles at the multinational. He previously worked in managing director positions during more than four years of experience at Accenture Interactive.
The announcement is a major step in Plus Company’s strategy to scale its marketing technology and customer experience capabilities across the 15 countries that the company’s collective of agencies serves, according to a new release.
At Plus, McCracken will be tasked with integrating marketing technology, experience-design, digital development and data-strategy capabilities at marketing-technology consultancy Munvo, experience-design firm Zapiens and digital-development company Mindshakers.
McCracken will report to Plus Company Canada president Mélanie Dunn and collaborate with Plus Media CEO Karine Courtemanche and Cossette Canada president Louis Duchesne.
“I’m excited to join Plus Company because of its bold vision, focus on business impact and belief in the power of creativity, backed by data and technology,” McCracken said in a statement. “We’re not just adding capabilities, we’re orchestrating smarter, faster, more connected solutions to drive real business outcomes for our clients.”
Plus also announced on Monday that Nabil Taydi, a Plus Company management-team member and shareholder, will transition into the role of non-executive president at Munvo and that Artour Kitbalian has been appointed as Munvo’s professional services SVP.
“These moves reflect Plus Company’s ongoing commitment to building a seamless, end-to-end ecosystem that connects creativity, media, data and technology across the entire marketing value chain,” Dunn said in a statement.
Plus Company was founded in 2021 and now boasts a roster of agencies that includes Cossette, We Are Social and Citizen Relations among others.
