Agency Moves: Brian Flaman joins Mint as SVP and business lead

Mint names SVP and business lead

Mint has appointed Brian Flaman as SVP and business lead.

The agency announced Wednesday that Flaman will spearhead client leadership, champion integrated business growth and work to strengthen Mint’s brand-building approach in the newly created role.

Flaman has accumulated more two decades of experience in traditional, experiential, shopper and martech marketing.

In January 2024, Vocabulary tapped Flaman to step into the shop’s VP, managing director role. Prior to joining Vocabulary, Flaman worked as the Canadian managing director at Motive and as an account director at Mosaic North America.

His past roles have shaped campaigns and large-scale activations for the likes of PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Samsung and Lululemon.

Monks appoints an ACD

is starting a new position as associate creative director at Monks. Prior, Bonna was the shop’s senior art director.

Before joining Monks in December 2021, Bonna served as an art director at Marks.

His portfolio includes brand work for Knorr, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé, Bausch & Lomb and Meridian.

He started his career as a graphic designer in Brazil.
