Innocean Canada hires VP of strategy

Innocean Canada has appointed Adam Ferraro as its VP of strategy.

Ferraro has accumulated more than a decade of experience driving strategy across creative and communications networks in automotive, luxury, CPG and tourism sectors.

He most recently served as VP of social media and communications strategy at McCann Worldgroup’s content studios in New York. Ferraro also held VP of strategy and senior director of strategy positions at the performance art agency during a career at McCann that began in November 2021 and ran through August.

Prior, Ferraro led strategy teams at Ogilvy and Wunderman Thompson while working for WPP offices in both North America and Europe from March 2013 to October 2021.

“Adam’s experience spans creativity, social innovation and performance strategy, making him uniquely positioned to strengthen our integrated offering,” said Innocean Canada COO and chief growth officer John Killam, who joined the agency last fall. “We’re excited to have him on board to help lead the next chapter of growth.”

The move is the latest in a hiring push at Innocean Canada, which also recently added John-Michael Mele as a creative director.
