
McCann Canada secures Lactalis Canada yogurt win
After a competitive review, McCann Canada has been selected as the creative agency of record for Lactalis Canada’s yogurt brands, Astro, Iögo and Iögo Nano.
The win includes full strategic and creative responsibilities across the Canadian market, absent shopper marketing. The Hive held the remit prior.
“There was a natural chemistry between our teams, and we made sure we showed up with a deep understanding of the category, the audience, and how we could help drive impact,” said Ryan Timms, president of McCann Canada.
The pitch was a solo effort from McCann that drew on its strengths in CPG and its track record of building Canadian brands. The business will be led collaboratively out of McCann’s Toronto and Montreal offices.
Work officially kicked off on Sept. 8, with the first campaign expected to launch in early 2026.

Langton PR ties the knot with jewelry brand
Langton PR has added Toronto-based jewelry brand El & Elle to its client roster.
Langton PR will offer expertise in media relations, influencer partnerships, community and stylist collaboration and experiential support to the brand, which crafts it items out of moissanite, a lab-produced gemstone that is priced at a fraction of the cost of diamonds.
El & Elle’s stated mission is to “redefine pricing fairness and reshape the jewelry industry’s standards by offering handcrafted, luxury moissanite jewelry that is affordable, sustainable and ethical.”
