We Are Social U.S. promotes Rebecca Coleman to North America CEO

Rebecca Coleman has been promoted to North America CEO. Formerly CEO of We Are Social U.S., Coleman will continue to lead the shop’s growth across the U.S. and Canada, “further strengthening (its) regional impact and capabilities.”

Coleman has been with We Are Social since 2022, helping grow the U.S. business. The following year, she oversaw the merger of The  Narrative Group and We Are Social U.S.

She is a longtime president of Narrative, We Are Social’s “buzz-building wing,” and also founder and managing partner of Los Angeles shop Something Massive, a strategy-led agency and digital content studio. While there, Coleman acted as both managing partner and head of strategy overseeing everything from planning to production to P&L.

Its client roster included Campbell Soup Company, Danone, Sony Pictures, American Express, Medtronic, SC Johnson, A2 Milk, Mastercard and Red Bull.

Thinkingbox promotes a CD

is starting a new position as creative director at Thinkingbox.

Hallarn joined the shop two years ago as associate creative director, and worked on brand accounts such as

Brand-side, Hallarn served as art director and interactive designer at Sephora.

Previously, she held the role of graphic designer and team lead for Fusion Design Group.

Mint names former Mosaic CD to its team

Toronto indie shop Mint has added creative director Sara Vinten to its roster.

Her portfolio boasts collaborations with the likes of Google, RBC, Coca-Cola and Loblaw.

Vinten previously worked as creative director at Mosaic, where she focused on progressing the agency’s experiential and B2B pillars over the course of nine years, first as an ACD. She also served as the co-owner and creative director at Halo Brewery.
