The Canadian Direct Marketing Association’s first ‘fact book’ is out.
The 200-page guide contains charts, statistics, surveys and research data. It also offers direct marketers insights into how the industry works in Canada from industry experts.
cdma President John Gustavson says the Fact Book demonstrates the distinct nature of the direct marketing culture in Canada.
Kathleen Rowe, director of the cdma’s research and statistics program, says the Fact Book is intended as a research tool for direct marketers and for anyone wanting a better understanding of direct marketing’s power.
The Fact Book is available from the cdma. It costs $95 for members and $195 for non-members. DC
