The number of hours for Summer ’91 were 67,073,000, compared with 67,730,000 in Summer ’92, a media report from McCann-Erickson Advertising says.

cfrb remains the top hours-tuned station for adults 18+. chfi-fm and chum-fm are second and third, respectively.

BBM Summer ’92 says chum-fm, cilq-fm, ckfm-fm, chfi-fm and cjny-fm account for 59.5% of all tuning for adults 18-34, up just a bit from the 57.7% figure for Summer ’91.

cilq-fm (Q-107) remains the top adult 18-34 station in terms of hours tuned on the strength of its 18-24 audience.

chum-fm is a strong second, as its 25-34 segment has jumped 18% from Summer ’91.
