As of this week, Strategy will be seen in more newsstands in more cities across Canada.

Brunico Communications, Strategy’s holding company, is expanding the bi-weekly newspaper’s distribution from 350 copies in 24 newsstands in Toronto and Vancouver to 2,000 copies, which will be available in a greatly increased number of newsstands in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax.

Strategy has a circulation rate base of 16,500 addressed copies. This does not include newsstand distribution.

Since its launch in 1989, Strategy has been distributed to major marketers, agencies and other suppliers of marketing services primarily in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.

This has been attractive to advertisers, but Brunico President Jim Shenkman believes Strategy appeals to a broader market, including regional marketers across the country.

Shenkman says newsstand distribution will allow Strategy to reach these potential consumers.
