The launch in 1995 of the BBM/Arbitron portable, passive 4P meter will now include a new national network audience measurement service.

This service will be in addition to the already announced Ontario and Quebec regional services, and those in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.

The 4P system will also allow regular sample rotation.

Owen Charlebois, president and chief executive officer of BBM Bureau of Measurement, says amortizing the cost of previously announced measurement plans over a broader user base makes the most economic sense for bbm members.
