Database seminar
Through its division of executive development, Toronto’s York University has launched a two-day seminar in database marketing for marketing professionals.
Speakers will include Arthur Middleton Hughes, executive vice-president of acs, a database marketing service in Reston, Va., and David Foley, marketing consultant and lecturer, and Strategy columnist.
The Nov. 25-26 seminar covers modelling, geodemographic profiling and more. It has a registration limit of 45.
Fee for the seminar is $795 and includes all seminar materials, luncheons and refreshment breaks.
Watts List grows
Watts List Management in Toronto now manages four new files.
They are church newsmagazine, education magazine, government newsmagazine and your life storybooks.
The first list has 12,000 names, the second more than 10,000 names, the third has more than 25,000 names and the fourth has 8,000 names.
