The canadian Association of Broadcasters kicks off a 1994 national public service campaign April 19 to help eliminate violence in the community.

The cab has refused all media requests for information before the launch in Ottawa, where Michel Dupuy, minister of Canadian Heritage, will take part.

Called Speak Out Against Violence, the campaign takes in radio, tv and community action.
