Sara Moore has worked as an associate manager at Loyalty Management Group Canada since June 1993.

Moore has been responsible for the five-times-a year Summary Mailing that is mailed out to all active air miles collectors.

She oversees all editorial and creative of the package, the database specifications and manages the production and lettershop processes.

Currently, she is heading a project to redesign the Summary Mailing to allow for targeted individualization of messages and greater cost-efficiencies.

Moore came to LMG Canada from V&B Direct Marketing.

‘You only live once,’ Moore says. ‘You can’t be afraid of looking a little foolish when trying to come up with new ways to solve old problems.

‘In every crazy idea, there lies a nugget of brilliance, and it’s my mission to mine them out,’ she says.
