Today’s Seniors starts Montreal area edition

Another edition of Today’s Seniors will begin publishing in October in Montreal and vicinity.

Today’s Seniors, tagged ‘The Leading Newspaper for People 50-Plus,’ will be distributed in communities in the Montreal area where there are significant English-speaking populations.

Three such communities are Westmount, Pointe Claire and the Town of Mount Royal, all of which have substantial senior populations.

Peter Kerr, publisher of the new edition, says the Montreal paper offers advertisers a targetted, cost-efficient means to reach an affluent audience.

In July, a b.c. edition of Today’s Seniors was introduced, and other western editions are planned.

All told, there are 12 regional editions of Today’s Seniors with a combined distribution of 395,000.

Today’s Seniors is a division of Oakville, Ont.-based Metroland Printing, Publishing and Distribution.
