Toronto’s Gallop & Gallop Advertising has won the OC Transpo transit vehicle contract for the Ottawa-Carleton Region.
The deal is for four years and guarantees OC Transpo, the region’s transit authority, almost $6 million over the life of the contract.
Gallop & Gallop already has the contract for Ottawa-Carleton transit shelters, and contracts for transit shelters and transit vehicles in Hull/Gatineau, Que. and Edmonton.
Gallop & Gallop takes over the transit vehicle contract Jan. 1 from TransAd, a division of Slaight Communications.
OC Transpo operates 827 buses on 121 routes.
