montreal:- PALM Publicite Marketing will create original French-language advertising for the Quebec market for client B.F. Goodrich/Uniroyal.
To date, the client’s advertising communications in Quebec have largely been translations from English-language campaigns.
– BBDO, Toronto, has transferred its French tv buying account from McKim Media Group, Toronto, to Montreal affiliate PNMD/Publitel.
– Tremblay Lachance Communication Marketing beat out seven agencies to win the soquij (Societe quebecoise d’information juridique) account.
– Sprint Communication-Marketing has been named agency-of-record for A&D, Arts et Divertissements, the new French-track documentary specialty channel operated by Premier Choix:TVEC, the operator of pay-movie service Super Ecran and Children’s channel Canal Famille. Premier Choix is a unit of the Astral Broadcasting Group.
Sprint has also won the Cogeco Cable advertising account.
– Taxi, l’agence has been chosen by Les Editions Telemedia to handle all marketing communications for TV Hebdo, a widely circulated weekly tv listing publications. Taxi also picked up new business from Enza Fresh, the representative for the Apple & Pear Marketing Board of New Zealand.
As well, Taxi has been handed the advertising mandate for Clover Leaf tuna.
