New york-based multinational D’Arcy Masius Benton and Bowles is expected to announce that it is buying a significant minority interest in the Montreal ad agency foug and that the agency will be renamed to reflect the dmb&b ownership.
Foug was opened in 1988 and is in the $11 million billings range.
It is understood that foug will be linked to dmb&b’s Toronto office through a joint agency liaison committee of senior executives. MS
