New York-based Omnicom Group has bought 20% of GPC International Holdings, the parent company of GPC Government Policy Consultants, GPC Consilium (Quebec), GPC Pacific Public Affairs (British Columbia), GPC Communications and Government Policy Consultants (Europe).

gpc has offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City, Edmonton, Victoria and Vancouver, as well as in London and Brussels.

Omnicom is the parent of BBDO Worldwide, DDB Needham Worldwide and TBWA International.
