Nielsen Mortgage Trend

Nielsen Marketing Research has introduced a service that provides current mortgage trend information.

Called Mortgage Trends, the service supplies data on competitive lender shares, mortgage terms, interest rates and media advertising spending.

Elizabeth Spoenlein, vice-president, project development, says, with Mortgage Trends, marketers of mortgage products and services will have access to mortgage market information, including competitive detail.

Spoenlein says many organizations cannot commit the resources necessary to obtain and process mortgage data into information-based solutions.
