Ontario 4-H Council has named Elinor Humphries as director of development, responsible for fundraising and public relations.

Humphries, who is based in Brampton, has a background in public relations and agricultural business journalism.

Her mandate includes the establishment of a charitable foundation and attraction of corporate sponsorship.
