Citing irreconcilable differences, The Gingko Group has announced that Bill MacDonald has resigned as president of the Toronto integrated marketing agency.

MacDonald had joined Gingko in May last year after suddenly leaving Padulo Integrated, where he was equity partner and executive vice-president.
