Second Cup has completed its review with Holmes & Lee winning the $2-million-plus account. Also in the running were Roche Macaulay & Partners and TBWA Chiat/Day.

Microsoft Canada is shifting its business to MacLaren McCann effective July 1, as part of a global alignment with McCann-Erickson. The $25-million Canadian creative and media account was awarded to Publicis Canada a year ago following a review that also had MacLaren on the shortlist.

Media planning and buying for Volkswagen of Canada will now be handled by MaxxMedia, the media arm of Vickers & Benson Arnold of Toronto – sister shop of the VW U.S. agency, Boston-based Arnold Worldwide Partners.
