Customer relationship management expert Paul Lewis has joined Toronto-based CyberSight, an Internet professional services shop, as director, business development in the firm’s growing eCRM practice. Lewis’s CRM background includes extensive work in the government, pharmaceutical, financial services, retail and entertainment sectors.

Following its recent TELUS account win, AMW Direct, of Toronto, has promoted Marlene St. Jean to the post of account director, heading the TELUS team. St. Jean has been with the agency since 1998. Adrianne Parker, formerly account co-ordinator, is now account executive.

New hires for the team include Lou-Anne Hooper as account director. Hooper comes from MacLaren McCann Relationship Marketing. Livent’s Kathleen Sloan and the Royal Bank’s Emily Hencz sign on as account supervisors while Michael Velickovic, previously at Harbinger Communications, becomes account coordinator.

Calgary-based Web developer and Internet consulting firm Critical Mass has announced the appointments of two senior industry personalization experts. Scott Martin becomes VP customer relationship management and alliances while Kevin Rasmussen has been named VP consulting services. Martin is cofounder and president of advocacy group The Personalization Con-sortium. He was most recently CEO of NextClick: The Personal-

ization Agency. Rasmussen also hails from NextClick.

E-intelligence software and services provider SAS has appointed Graeme Woodley to the post of SVP, business development and channel operations. Woodley brings experience at IBM subsidiary Tivoli Systems, COMPAQ and Digital Canada to his new job.
