Digital@jwt of Toronto, the integrated digital branding and e-business arm of J. Walter Thompson, gets the credit for a revamped site that is increasing business and winning awards for Toronto-based Bravado! Designs. The 10-year-old Canadian maternity underwear company has enjoyed a 50% increase in sales across North America since it launched its redesigned Web site in October. The site also garnered it a Standard of Excellence award from the Boston-based Web Marketing Association’s 2002 WebAward for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development.

Bravado! Designs’ objective was to create a clean, comfortable site that would allow customers to shop online, inform them about the product, and more importantly, teach them about the fitting information that is critical to customer satisfaction with these products – maternity bras and underwear that are modern alternatives to the typically white, unattractive and uncomfortable maternity undergarments available.
