Euro RSCG and Durex become friends with benefits

Reckitt Benckiser appoints the agency as the brand’s creative agency of record.

Euro RSCG Worldwide is getting into bed with Durex. The Reckitt Benckiser brand has appointed the agency its creative AOR, with Euro RSCG Toronto handling creative execution for Durex Canada.

The announcement follows closely on the heels of Reckitt’s acquisition of SSL International in July, which brought Durex into the Benckiser global Powerbrand fold. It also includes Dettol, Lysol, Vanish, Airwick, Finish, Nurofen and Strepsils.

‘Reckitt Benckiser has been a long standing client and one that we’ve always been proud to work with,’ says Ron Tite, VP, CD, Euro RSCG Toronto. ‘We continue to be excited about their increased digital portfolio and we’re eager to produce some great work for Durex, as well as the other brands that we manage.’

Euro RSCG Toronto has managed the 12 Reckitt Benckiser brands active in Canada for over four years.
