Keynote: Kit Yarrow outlines the New Consumer Psychology

The economy and technology have changed the psychology of consumers in fundamental ways. Not only do they shop and buy differently, they are also more engaged and reactive. For brands and retailers that can mean either a great boom – or doom. The secret to success lies in understanding the shifted needs and new ways of thinking that propel purchase decisions.

Hear from consumer psychologist, Kit Yarrow, from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, in this session as she describes seven key shifts in the psychology of today’s consumers.
