Here are the 2022 Agency of the Year winners, and a deeper look at what led their success.

Rethink won Gold for the fourth consecutive time in a year when its headcount boomed and it opened its first office outside of Canada, all while reiterating its commitment to staying independent.

Zulu Alpha Kilo picked up Silver amid a U.S. expansion of its own, while also doubling down on its investment in talent and having another banner year from a creative perspective.

And finally, BBDO was awarded Bronze, thanks to a strategy-led approach that helped it come up with breakthrough ideas that went beyond what was printed on a brief.
