Here are the 2023 Agency of the Year winners, and a deeper look at what led to their success.
Rethink won its fifth consecutive Gold plane, as the agency continues to remain steadfast on its indie path and working with clients that are equally obsessed with living their values.
Meanwhile, Zulu Alpha Kilo picked up the Silver medal in the main AOY category, for a third year a row. Zulu’s cross-pollination of its culture, teams and work is a part of its successful and client-friendly philosophy.
And McCann returned to the podium, picking up the Bronze. The agency showed that a diverse workforce, which can call upon members of its “family” for assistance, means it can address the needs of any brand.
