The September issue of the Kwikee Canada system is the first to carry clients of Toronto-based Ad Planner, a seven-year-old product art illustration and distribution system.

Ad Planner sold its operations this summer to Multi-Ad Services of Peoria, Ill., which produces Kwikee Canada.

Ad Planner President Ted Gittings says Multi-Ad hopes to increase frequency from two to four issues per year, offer a four-color service and cd-rom discs.
