Go Direct Marketing of Toronto has added two new staffers. Stephen Shaw has joined the agency as VP, CRM strategy, and account supervisor Stephanie Gill has moved over from Go Direct’s Vancouver office to handle strategic development and project management.

Vancouver-based integrated marketing agency Hot Tomali Communications has recruited Web programmer Vivian Zhuang. She will be charged with increasing customer satisfaction and retention through Internet-based CRM marketing initiatives, online direct marketing campaigns and interactive loyalty programs.
