Hamilton, Ont TV station CHCH has switched its advertising account to Kelley Advertising, also of Hamilton, after several years with Toronto shop Pilcher Advertising.
Rob Brignell, manager of promotions and advertising for chch, says the assignment is still being defined.
But Brignell says he expects Kelley will take care of creative duties, while chch handles its own media buying. PS
