Joan McArthur has joined the 100-member board of distinguished judges & advisors for The New York Festivals 1992.

McArthur, senior-vice-president, executive creative director at McCann-Erickson of Toronto, is one of 13 new members chosen to judge the annual international tv advertising and public service announcements competition.

The awards ceremony will be held Jan. 29, 1993 at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers.
