Prism wins American Optical acct.

American Optical has picked Prism Communications of Toronto to handle advertising for its Canadian retail business.

Prism’s work for Sears Canada was key in landing the new assignment.

American Optical, a Massachusetts-based maker and distributor of eye products, operates 69 Sears Optical stores and six corporate outlets under the Vision Club banner in Canada.

It also has operations in England, Mexico, Switzerland and Singapore.
