It is a case of musical chairs in Vancouver where Tim Kelly, former associate creative director at Palmer Jarvis Communications, has joined Lanyon Phillips Brink of Vancouver as art director.

Kelly replaces Bill Downie, who has moved to Palmer Jarvis as associate creative director.

Kelly will be working with Creative Director Simon Cameron, a copywriter by trade, who came to the agency this past September after three years with Cossette Communication-Marketing, Montreal.

On the account side, Lanyon Phillips Brink is still down one senior account director to replace John Serafini.

Serafini was with the agency on a temporary basis after leaving the Grey Canada office in Vancouver while looking for a posting in Toronto.

His three-month stint turned into nine months before he landed the job handling Tourism Canada at Vickers & Benson Advertising, Toronto. PS
