The Communications Group has nabbed the public relations and advertising accounts for Sunburst M.C., both of Toronto.
No budget figures have been released.
Sunburst was a publicly traded mining company from 1946 to 1992, when President Rhonda Windsor converted it to a marketing company specializing in environment-thoughtful products.
The firm has several new products slated for spring and summer retail distribution.
These include Sunguard and Eco Charger, which are currenlty being sold through direct mail.
Sunguard, selling for $69.99, is a device that looks like a large watch and measures exposure to the sun.
Eco Charger is a portable battery charger that recharges nickel cadmium batteries and, somewhat less effectively, regular alkaline batteries.
Windsor says, this summer, Sunburst will also introduce Australian-made uv protection clothing, hats and sunglasses. PS
