– St. Clair Paint & Wallpaper has hired Gee Jeffery & Partners Advertising to handle its account and is now back on tv with a new commercial. The business has been in-house since leaving Saffer three years ago.

– Black Creek Pioneer Village has chosen Calexis Advertising, of Toronto, as its agency, and a new campaign for the Toronto-area attraction begins this month.

– Health Canada has awarded the assignment for communications and marketing services aimed at Canada’s aboriginal community to Rochon-Poirer, of Ottawa.

– Environment Canada has awarded its account to Weaver Tanner & Miller, of Kitchener, Ont., after a review of six short-listed agencies.

– The College of Dental Surgeons of B.C. has named Wasserman & Partners, of Vancouver, as its agency-of-record.

– The White Spot chain of 45 b.c. restaurants recently moved its business to Moreland & Associates, of Vancouver, from VRH Communications (now Wasserman & Partners.) Westminster Savings, a credit union with six branches in b.c.’s Lower Mainland has also chosen Moreland for its account, which was previously handled in-house.
