Tourism Quebec has chosen three agencies to handle its $25-million account.
Publicite Martin has been assigned the portfolio for leisure/summer advertising outside Quebec, estimated at about 45% of the allotment.
Cossette Communication-Marketing has the mandate for winter and business advertising outside the province, accounting for about 30% of the portion of the budget.
Bos will handle the final 25% of the business, advertising inside Quebec.
Each has been signed for four years to handle three annual campaigns.
Cossette, the incumbent on this portfolio, will release its first work this September, with the other two campaigns kicking off next summer.
bcp and Groupe Everest previously handled the other two assignments. PS
