New York-based agency Lee Liu & Tong has opened Canadian offices in Toronto and Vancouver to service telecommunication clients Bell Canada and BC Tel.

The Canadian operation, known as LLT Advertising (Canada), is headed by David Chan, formerly with McCann-Erickson, of Hong Kong, as managing director.

The Vancouver office is managed by Benny Wan, who was previously with Leo Burnett, Hong Kong.

For the past year, llt has been working on marketing Bell and BC Tel services to the Chinese and East Indian markets, and has also developed promotions for the Portuguese, Greek, Spanish, Filipino and Caribbean markets.

llt also has offices in Los Angeles and Hangzhou, China.
