Martin Kingston has joined D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles as co-general manager and will be responsible for a number of key agency accounts.
Kingston shares the title with Barbara Smith, who was promoted to the post in March from her previous role as senior vice-president, group account director.
Kingston, who has more than 20 years’ experience working with packaged goods clients, resigned from Ambrose Carr Linton Kelly, of Toronto, in January of this year after two and a half years as president.
Before working at Ambrose Carr, Kingston was executive vice-president and managing director of Baker Lovick/BBDO until its merger with McKim Advertising in January 1992. PS
