The Columbia Brewery of Creston, b.c. has introduced its Kokanee brand beer into Ontario with a humorous tv and radio campaign from Bryant Fulton & Shee of Vancouver.

The creative plays on the beer’s unusual name.

The beer is being brewed for the Ontario market by Labatt Breweries of Canada at its London facility.

Columbia has been brewing Kokanee since 1959 and recently launched the beer south of the border in Washington State and Idaho.

The company also makes Kokanee Light, Kokanee Gold, Kootenay, Kootenay Mountain Ale, Kootenay True Ale and Kootenay Black Lager.
