Richard Olsen, president and ceo of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, is not releasing details, but says the agency is planning to establish a presence in Montreal at the beginning of March.

Last September, the Toronto-based agency expanded to Vancouver through the purchase of 20-year-old Campaign Communications, which now operates as Saatchi & Saatchi Campaign Communications.
