Check it out: Say no to hot dogs

If you’re tired of hearing those tragic stories about dogs left in hot cars during the summer, you’re not alone.

Just in time for the heat wave hitting many areas, Three Million Dogs created this video and has launched a “#NoHotDogs” movement to get people thinking about not leaving their animals in hot cars.

Animals can suffer brain damage or die from heatstroke in just 15 minutes, according to the dog-lover site, which launched its video on National Hot Dog Day (July 23).

Along with aiming for social media shares, the site, which was created by ad industry veteran Geoffrey Roche, also has a bumper sticker (pictured above) up for sale, with proceeds going to animal shelters.
