Shoes.com has named a new president, bringing on Bradley Wilson for the role.
Wilson was most recently general manager at Expedia in the U.S., leading its Travelocity business. Prior to that, he was CMO at Travelocity before it was sold to Expedia in 2014. He has also held senior roles at Nutrisystem and Match.com. He is now tasked with leading Shoes.com through its next phase of growth.
The e-commerce retailer was founded in 2012 in Vancouver as ShoeMe.ca (it then acquired Shoes.com). Between 2014 and 2015, its sales grew by 150%, with annual revenue at around $200 million. It currently services more than eight million customers in Canada and the U.S. through its online properties, including ShoeMe.ca, Shoes.com and OnlineShoes.com, plus lifestyle apparel brand Richer Poorer.
