Vancouver’s Will Creative has made a pair of recent additions to its creative department and named a new director of client services as its workload continues to expand.
Leading the creative hires is Rory O’Sullivan, who joins as ACD. O’Sullivan has previously been in the creative departments at Vancouver-based agencies Saint Bernadine and Rethink. Allison Chambers has also been hired as a designer and art director, having most recently been at 123w, where she contributed to award-winning work for the Vancouver Mural Festival.
The latest hires join senior designer/art director Briony Crane and copywriter Katie Holmes, who both joined the agency last year.
Outside of the creative department, Sarah Austin has been hired as director of client services. Austin spent the last six years at Cossette’s Vancouver office – most recently as group account director – and will bring that experience to Will to help develop new client relationships.
Noemie Bessette, the agency’s previous director of client services, is moving into the new role of business director at the agency, where she will lead work for key clients and new business initiatives.
Also joining the client services team are account manager Jacq Holder and account coordinator Lauren Hutton.
Will – which has expanded to nearly 20 staff since being founded in 2015 – has been growing thanks to new client work both in Canada and abroad, including Lululemon London, Ivanhoe Cambridge Shopping Centres, BCLC, Steve Nash Fitness Clubs, Indochino, BC Children’s Hospital, SAP, Canadian Medical Association, Vestis Fashion Group, Opus Hotels and Argos.
