Toronto CRM agency William Thomas Digital (WTD) has unveiled a series of leadership changes.
Kevin Flynn was appointed chief strategy officer, bringing three decades of expertise in CX, CRM and brand strategy development and executive leadership for clients like IKEA, Volkswagen, GSK, Rogers, PC Financial and Microsoft. His prior titles were CSO, and senior vice president and strategic planning lead at Wunderman Thompson Canada.
Julia Rajic joins the shop as vice president of project management and delivery. She has a 15-year tenure overseeing delivery at some of Canada’s fastest growing agencies, including most recently as SVP client operations at No Fixed Address.
Anne Chudy is transitioning to vice president of marketing and purpose, a newly created role reflecting WTD’s focus on accelerating its growth and solidifying its market presence. Chudy, a nearly 10-year veteran of Toronto marketing and comms shop, Ariad Communications, is most recently WTD’s vice president, strategy and experience.
Finally, Val Thomas is being promoted to director of strategy. The more than four-year veteran of the shop is most recently its associate director of strategy. She’s a former strategist with Gravity Partners.
The shop has said these moves are “designed to fuel its ambitious growth plans and reinforce its industry-leading position in CX marketing.”
“This is a pivotal time for WTD as we accelerate our growth and continue to lead the charge in redefining the industry standard for personalized customer experiences,” says Greg Elliott, managing director of William Thomas Digital. “We’re poised to achieve unprecedented success, driving innovation and growth in the personalized customer experience space.”
Last summer, WTD added to its leadership and martech capabilities with three hires.
