FCB Canada won a Gerety Grand Prix for Runner 321 for Adidas.
FCB was the only Canadian agency to take home one of seven Grand Prix winners at the 2024 Gerety Awards, collecting the award for “Runner 321” for Adidas.
Four Canadian agencies took home Silver, including: Cossette’s “Help Us Remain” for Egal; Nimble Content’s “Next to Stok’d” for Stok’d Cannabis; McCann Canada’s “Stage Zero Collection” for Love & Nudes; and Rethink Canada’s “KitKat Ramadan Iftar Bar” for Nestle.
More than 200 judges from 47 countries that participated in this year’s awards gave out seven Grand Prix, 24 Gold, 94 Silver and 71 Bronze, with 198 entries remaining on the shortlist.
The most awarded countries in this year’s edition were Germany, the U.S., the U.K. and France. The awards are named for Frances Gerety, the copywriter who in 1948 coined the slogan “A diamond is forever.”
