Octagon Industries of Mississauga, Ont. has acquired a majority piece of the Carlton Group, a promotional and strategic planning agency with offices in Toronto and Ottawa.

Octagon offers consumer and retail communications services to North American clients through its point-of-purchase and its printing and advertising groups.

Its holdings also include Octagon Visuals of Toronto, Northstar Print & Display of Barrie, Ont., Octagon Graphics of Tampa, Fla. and The Bothanos Agency of Miami, Fla. and Toronto.
